High Performance Pressure Balanced Gear Pumps

Pressure balanced gear pumps are built with lateral pressure plates which reduce the mechanical clearance on the gears with the increase of the pressure on the outlet, thus greatly improving the volumetric efficiency, and reducing energy consumption. This means more flow at high pressure without heat generation. The mechanical efficiency is kept at an optimal level too.

More Central Manifold Options

With our broad range of central manifolds many circuits can be built without incorporating external valves.  Our central manifolds include many cavity options and flow paths designed for flexibility and common hydraulic applications.

If your application requires further functionality we can incorporate that too.  Standard Cetop 3 / D03 manifold blocks and valves can be attached directly to our central manifold.

AC & DC Motor Options

DC Motor power options up to 4kW in 12VDC, 24VDC and 48VDC.   AC Motor options up to 7.5kW.  We also offer 56C and 184TC motor mount options allowing you to use standard readily available motors.

High Pressure

High-pressure pumps and components are available for continuous pressure operation up to 4,400 psi.

High Flow in Compact Size

Our PPC series is capable of flows up to 25 l/min or 6.6 gpm.

Modular System

Our modular system has all the pieces you need to make a complete hydraulic power unit to power and control your applications.
